Policy of open access and archiving

The journal follows a policy of openness and accessibility of publications and provides open access to its content on the journal's website. According to the "Budapest Initiative, 'open access' means the free availability of articles on the public Internet, allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, and to use them for any lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inherent in gaining access to the Internet itself."

All issues of the journal are posted on the journal's website in full-text access. This ensures wider information access to the journal's articles in the global scientific community. All journal articles are distributed in electronic form free of charge.

Readers can copy and distribute materials on any medium and in any format, adapt and transform texts, use content according to the Creative license Commons Attribution CC-BY-NC 4.0. The only condition that must be met is source and authorship indication: you should indicate the output data of the articles, provide a link to the source, and also indicate what changes were made.

Readers may use the materials of the published article in preparing other publications, including books, educational and teaching publications; use printed or electronic copies of the article for scientific, educational and other purposes, including distributing the article among students and colleagues to promote scientific research, etc.
